I am currently attending the workout located at culver city with letty (leticia). I have been working out with her on and off for more than a year (only because life can sometimes get in the way) but I always come back to her because her workouts are carefully planned with the best interest of the individual in mind. She is really invested in each person, doing her best to try and help you attain your goals not only through the exercises but also through nutrition. The workouts are great and she is always motivating. She will give variation depending on your level of fitness, and I really enjoy this about her exercise routine.
If you are a first timer or a full on workout fanatic these bootcamps will be fitted for you. Scott constantly keeps you going and encourages you to push yourself a little bit further each time. You don’t feel pressured, rather you want to push yourself to do better. You’ll enjoy it and I assure you it will pay off 😀 hope to work out with you guys!!!
No crazy drill sergeants here…just a very friendly and motivating instructor. Each exercise targets a different muscle for a full body workout. Whatever your reason for joining is…to lose weight, tone up, or just to maintain what you got…this boot camp will help! My favorite part was the leg workouts!!!
I love workoutLA! It’s my first boot camp and so far, it has been a wonderful experience. The instructor is very helpful and encouraging, and makes sure you’re doing the exercises correctly and in proper form. The exercises are fun and different each day, and I love the fact that they work each muscle in your body, which you’re sure to feel the next day 🙂 . Whatever your fitness level is, you will get a good workout in and best of all, get to challenge yourself because you always want to be a little better than you were the next session. The morning workouts are my favorite because they are a little more advanced, pushing me harder to reach my full potential and to get me closer to my goal. So if you’re looking to lose weight, get toned, get in shape, or get stronger, WorkoutLA is definitely where you want to be!!
The workouts here are great, they’re fun and very unique. Scott is a very passionate dedicated trainer who encourages people to go and reach they’re goal and to always try to improve themselves. I’ve been working out with him for awhile and I’ve seen many improvements on myself so far I’ve lost a lot of weight and I feel more energized. I would highly recommend people to try it out its very fun and you will notice a huge difference after awhile.
Scott really knows what to do not just a good trainer but a good person all around you will see results right away he wont give up on you one trainer that I can really say is worth it good energy all around thanks Scott see u next session.
Great and fun way to start getting into shape and challenging if you already exercise regularly. Its good for everyone because you can go at your own pace. The workouts are fun yet challenging. Like running while being tied to a resistance band and other fun exercises that you wouldn’t normally do. The workouts are usually done with a partner, so that extra support to push yourself is there. Scott is very knowledgeable in regards to the muscles of the body and how to get the most out of your workout. He was also very supportive. I would recommend WorkoutLA to anyone.
Scott is educated and passionate…He wants you to meet your goal as much as you do!! The workouts are creative and fun…Give this thumbs up experience a try!!!
Scottie is fantastic! Highly motivated, truly knows what he is talking about and pushes you to achieve your desired goals. I am on week three and already have lost weight and notice an increase in my endurance.

I go to the bootcamp in Culver City and I have to say that Leticia is awesome. She takes her time and gives you that one on one training that you need. You workout at your own pace but she still gives you that boost of confidence to help you push yourself further. I haven’t sweated this much in like… NEVER!!! Lol. Her nutrition tips are also a plus and she makes this workout so much fun. I feel good about myself and I love the fact that I exercise now and it feels great! Thank you Leticia for kicking my butt!!!
